Rights of cancellation:

The consumer has 30 days right of cancellation from receiving the goods, when purchasing on the internet. If the order is cancelled within 30 days, we will refund the price of the item. The terms of cancellation are that goods must be returned within 30 days after having received the items, the items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as when received. The customer bears the cost when returning an item.

Right to invoke lack of conformity:

With reference to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a right to invoke lack of conformity 24 months from the date of purchase. You have the right to make a complaint about any faults and imperfections of the item that occur within 24 months from the date of purchase, assuming the item has been used correctly and exposed to no damaging effects. You must make your complaint within reasonable time after faults and imperfections are discovered. Two months is considered apt for complaining.

Læderiet ApS shall not be held responsible or liable for breaches of its contractual obligations if it has been prevented from fulfilling them by force majeur, strike, lockout, blockade, fire and error in delivery from sub supplier etc. Læderiet cannot be held responsible for consequential loss that occurs with missing delivery.
