• Handle: Made from Magnolia Obokata – an oil-rich wood that withstands moisture and protects the embedded metal parts from rust

• Blade: Hand-forged from Yasugi blue steel combined with soft steel

The hard cutting edge provides exceptional sharpness, while the softer core ensures flexibility and strength. This combination results in a blade that offers both precision and long-term durability.

Advantages
