The Norwegian company HELLE has existed since 1932, started by the brothers

Steinar and Sigmund Helle. The inspiration for the knives came from the beautiful

and wild nature in Norway, where good and solid craftsmanship was needed to survive.

The FJELLKNIVEN knife blade is made of 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel. The shape of
