An ULU from Nordic Knife Design. Large radius enough to make it an exceptionally efficient tool in the kitchen. The forefinger hole allows for placing the palm right over the midpoint of the edge, which generate the weight and force of your hand to easily cut through vegetables, meat, fish bones.
