Icelandic lambskins with long and fine hair. The hairs have a length of 10 - 15 cm.

Lambskin is a natural product that is both timeless, practical and has a long life. Lambskin is naturally heat-regulating, and can therefore be used all year round.

The lambskins come from sheep that have lived on the Icelandic mountains. They are a sustainable product as it is a natural by-product from the production of lamb meat.

Facts

The sheep are bred in Iceland and tanned in Poland.

Washing instructions:

Lambskin should be hand washed. Use a wool soap that contains lanolin. Spread the foam from the soap carefully in the fur hairs. Then rinse off the soap. It is important that the soap is rinsed thoroughly from the fur. Shake the lambskin to remove excess water.

Never wash your lambskin in the washing machine.

Drying

Place the lambskin with the hairs down on a drying rack. Stretch the skin continuously, this ensures that the lambskin keeps its natural shape.

Never dry long-haired lambskins in the tumble dryer, in direct sunlight or on a direct heat source, such as a radiator.
