This DIY kit contains already cut out leather pieces and a guide in English. The leather pieces for the luggage tag have punched holes so it is ready to sew. You don't need any additional tools to complete the luggage tag.
Before you sew the luggage tag together, you can dye it with Waterstain leather dye or Leather’s Choice grain ink.
