Our medically tanned sheepskins feature a short, soft wool of about 25 mm. The dense fleece helps the skin retain its shape and prevents it from flattening during use.
During the medical tanning process, bacteria and parasites are removed, making the leather hypoallergenic and safe for babies. The sheepskin is ideal as a liner in baby beds, prams, or strollers, providing comfort, warmth, and breathability.
It is also widely used as a saddle pad, as the natural structure of the fleece offers both pressure distribution and shock absorption for enhanced comfort.
All our sheepskins come from slaughter sheep and are a by-product of food production. This ensures that the entire animal is used, helping to minimize resource waste.

Care Instructions
Shake and air regularly to keep the skin fresh.
Small stains can be rinsed off by hand.
Machine washable on wool program (max 30 °C) – use a mild wool detergent with lanolin.
Allow to air dry flat and stretch gently during drying to maintain flexibility.
