Pig split suede is made from the lower layer of pigskin, which is obtained when the hide is split into layers at the tannery.

Unlike grain leather, pig split suede has no smooth grain side but instead has an open, slightly rough surface on both sides. This gives the leather a natural, suede-like appearance.

Pig Split Suede, Haining is a firm yet flexible leather, making it suitable for a wide range of projects where a supple material with a rustic look is desired.
