Klarna

Polished stingray leather has been sanded down to make it thinner and more uniform in structure. This results in a smoother surface and makes the material easier to work with compared to untreated stingray skin.
Although the surface is polished, the leather remains very hard and cannot be stitched through directly. Instead, a groove must be sanded into the surface to allow for stitching.
