This skiving knife is made by the French luxury brand of leather tools, Vergez Blanchard. The skiving knife is of course made for skiving leather, but it is also great for cutting leather at a 90-degree angle. This pointed tip makes it well-suited for cutting sharp corners and is great to use, when cutting a squared piece in the middle of the leather, as it easily sinks down into the leather to create completely sharp corners.
